Just pour 5 ounces of Deep Blue Concentrate into 55 gallons of water to make your warm-weather windshield washer fluid. Each gallon bottle makes a total of 25 - 55 gallon drums, or 1,375 gallons.
Methanol can be added to the mixture for cold weather applications. The chart below can be used as a general guideline for temperatures that drop below freezing. Methanol can be purchased online from companies like www.usalab.com, www.hyperfuels.com or through local suppliers.
* If you have hard water or want a deeper blue color, you may need to increase the amount of Deep Blue concentrate.
CAUTION: Deep Blue contains permanent dye, use gloves while handling and avoid contact with any surface or material that you don't want permanently dyed.
